The Audit of the Annual Statement Report (RDA) is mandatory for companies with annual incentive revenues above R$ 10 million. It contributes to the improvement of the internal controls of the area and confers greater confidence and security to the companies, ensuring that the obligations to the use of the Tax Incentive are correctly fulfilled.
REQUIREMENT
Law no. 13.674 / 18 introduced further amendments to the Information Technology Law. In addition to requirements regarding investments in research, development and innovation and the annual delivery of the Statement Report ( RDA) , starting from the base year of 2017, now it is also required the submission of a CONCLUSIVE REPORT, which must be prepared by an Independent Audit Company accredited by the CVM and qualified in the MCTIC.
